What changes would you make to the advertisement below to be in compliance with the REBBA 2002 Code of Ethics? Why?

Clue: Three things must be changed for the advertisement to be compliant.
1)ABC Realty needs to be prominant-bigger then John’s name{so we know what brokerage he is with}
2)John needs his last name listed too (to identify which John)
3)must state his position(sales representative)
4)Independently owned and operated?
Agree with Deborah above, I would also add that any ad needs to have a way of contacting the brokerage. If the telephone number is ‘Johns’ private number you should also include the brokerages telephone number or the address of the brokerage.
