What makes it all the more satisfying for Greg is that he launched his career at a time when the economy was struggling.
“I was able to build a great career while industries suffered. Although the technology and access to information is changing, there continues to be a need for experienced and knowledgeable REALTORS®, and I don’t see that changing any time soon,” says Greg.
There is a need for experienced and knowledgeable REALTORS® because buying, selling, and investing in property is complex and time-consuming. REALTORS® study and follow market trends and can determine the true value of a property because they have access to the MLS® System. REALTORS® are impartial and are able to deal with the facts when marketing a property. REALTORS® can provide objective feedback about why a property is not selling and make recommendations based on knowledge and experience. REALTORS® have the knowledge and experience to negotiate on behalf of clients and close a transaction successfully.
“REALTORS® are professionals trained to handle a myriad of possible scenarios,” says Greg. “We are consultants, financial advisors, project managers and, sometimes, even therapists to our clients.”
The secret to Greg’s success is not really a secret; it’s putting the needs of clients first. These types of REALTORS®, says Greg, will always be in demand. What Greg also offers is a unique marketing plan for buyers and sellers based on their needs, timelines, and availability.
“I do everything from providing clients access to a team of approved contractors and home improvement professionals to offering initial staging consultations by certified stagers.”

“I see myself growing a real estate team within the next five years and having a strong referral client list based on the work that I am doing now,” says Greg, “I also want to get into the investment side of real estate in Toronto and vacation properties abroad. Once I have more experience, I would like to become a teacher or mentor and help others in real estate lift the profession even higher.”
