Azizali Kanjee Khoja Assumes the Role of OCC Chair

Aziz KanjeeOakville real estate broker Azizali Kanjee Khoja assumed the role of Commercial Director of the Ontario Real Estate Association’s (OREA) annual conference on March 2. In this capacity, he represents the association’s commercial members on the board of directors.

Active in the real estate profession for 36 years, Mr. Khoja is a real estate broker and the owner of Inprobus Realty Corporation in Oakville. He is a member of the Oakville-Milton and District Real Estate Board (OMDREB), current chair of the board’s Commercial Council and chair of its vision task force. He is also a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board. Mr. Khoja is an instructor who teaches a course in commercial real estate at the OREA Real Estate College.

Mr. Khoja has been a Director at the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Institute, Central Canada chapter, an organization representing recognized experts in the commercial and investment real estate industry. He is an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) and a Certified Business Counsellor. Most recently, he has served OREA as a member of the Ontario Commercial Council.
