The Canadian Real Estate Association has released its newest ICX.ca app to facilitate searches for commercial property. Equipped with the smartphone’s GPS, the app allows finding nearby properties and new listings with one click on the icon. It also helps find a REALTOR®, easily contact an agent, search for commercial properties across Canada, bookmark and save searches and more.
The app is free to download and is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch and iPad; it requires iOS 4.2 or later. Go to the Apple website for more details.
