Sometimes, a person chooses a profession. At other times, a profession chooses the person, which is what happened with Cindy Williamson, a salesperson with RE/MAX Garden City Realty Inc., in St. Catharines.
Cindy started working for a brokerage part-time as a business development manager. Several years later, she decided she would rather be “out in the field.” So, she enrolled at OREA Real Estate College and the rest, as they say, is history.

Real estate lawyer, College instructor, and author Mark Weisleder will present a webinar on how to avoid closing problems. Mark will discuss common reasons for closing problems and how to deal with damage to property before closing, and provide tips on how to avoid closing problems.
