Integrity and professionalism are two of the most important qualities that consumers seek in a REALTOR®. Maintaining integrity and professionalism can seem daunting given the many ever-changing rules and regulations that shape the world of real estate. Getting familiar with and integrating standard forms into your real estate practice can help you simplify and strengthen your accountability as a real estate professional.

The Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) and the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) will be discussing professional roles and responsibilities in OREA’s next webinar, which is scheduled for 1pm on August 16, 2016. Host Cassandra Agnew Walker (OREA) and returning guest John Burnet (RECO) will give you a thorough overview of the current regulatory landscape and what you can do to stay in compliance.

The webinar will help you to:

  • Understand and comply with section 3 of the REBBA 2002 Code of Ethics – “Acting with Integrity”
  • Highlight OREA forms that enable you to act with integrity in your real estate trading
  • Improve documenting your communications with clients and customers and other REALTORS®
  • Demonstrate compliance, integrity and fairness in your trading activities.

Registration is open to all OREA members. If you are not available to participate on the scheduled date, you may complete the registration form to receive a video recording of the full length webinar following the live event.
