The Ontario Realty Corporation (ORC) invites interested parties to submit proposals to provide services as detailed in Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 0510-08 – Disposition and Acquisition Brokerage Services and Related Ancillary Consulting Services.
Services are to be provided across the province from time to time and are comprised of disposition and acquisition brokerage services for real property including ancillary consulting services.
There will be an optional proponent’s briefing related to this RFP, to be held on May 31, 2011. Details can be found in the RFP.
Full details are provided in the RFP document, which is available through MERX at www.merx.com or 1-800-964-6379, reference number 218784, or through Biddingo at www.biddingo.com. Only proposals received from proponents who obtained documents directly from MERX or Biddingo will be considered for this RFP. This notice is also available on the ORC website at www.ontariorealty.ca.
Proposals must be received before 1:30:00 p.m. ET on July 13, 2011 at the Ontario Realty Corporation, Tenders Office, at 1 Dundas Street West, Toronto, Ontario, Suite 2200, M5G 2L5. Late or misdirected proposals will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
