It lets your clients get a more complete picture of who you are, it helps you build your online network, it enhances your reputation as a go-to-source of information in the industry, and it leads to higher search engine traffic, search engine rankings, and conversion rates.
OREA’s YPN Committee launched a “Vlogging Toolkit” and how-to video which are both available on the YPN website to walk members through the process of making a vlog step-by-step.
For a limited time, OREA’s YPN committee is inviting interested Realtors to submit guest vlogs that will be featured on OREAblog.com as well as OREA’s social media channels. If you are an OREA member that is interested in vlogging and has an area of expertise that you would like to talk about, then we would love to hear from you.
The Vlogging Toolkit contains a list of possible topics that can help you get the ball rolling however we welcome any real estate related topics. Please reach out to Kelly Pritchard at kellyp@orea.com and indicate that you would like to submit a vlog and we will work with you to narrow down a topic that will be of interest to OREA members.
