OREA has established scholarships at the York University Schulich School of Business and the Ryerson University Ted Rogers School of Management. The scholarships are available to students specializing in real estate.
These initiatives demonstrate the College’s commitment to building relationships with other members of the academic community. Both scholarships are a first of their kind.
Schulich School of Business
The $1,000 scholarship is open to second year, full-time MBA/IMBA students specializing in the Real Estate and Infrastructure Program. The successful candidate will have demonstrated academic excellence and extracurricular involvement in the real estate program at the school.
Ted Rogers School of Management
Available in the fall, 2012, this scholarship is open to students who have completed the Real Estate Finance course (FIN707). The successful candidate will have achieved the highest level of excellence in FIN707. In addition, he/she will be recognized at the annual School of Business Management Awards ceremony.

Moving Forward
Ryerson University is currently developing a program in real estate management for undergraduates at the Ted Rogers School of Business Management. The OREA scholarship will be extended to the entire program.
