This year’s REALTORS Care Foundation Motorcycle Ride for Charity was a tremendous success. Our riders had fantastic weather as they rode from Toronto to Ottawa and made many stops along the way. Some of this year’s first time riders in this fundraising event were totally amazed by the outpouring of support and the warm welcomes given at each Real Estate Board that was visited.
We anticipate to have raised over $50,000 once all the pledges are in, supporting the REALTORS Care Foundation and shelter related causes in Ontario! This year marks a great milestone for this fundraising event with all 42 Real Estate Boards in Ontario having been visited by our riders by the end of this summer.
The Brampton Guardian newspaper offers more information on the great work that Ontario REALTORS® do in their communities and their valuable support to the REALTORS Care Foundation. It is through that support each year we are able to watch the rewards soar with more grants being given to those in need within communities like yours.
