I really enjoyed being part of the Ontario Real Estate Association’s 2015 EMERGE Tour. As a real estate professional who’s grown several businesses, I’ve learned that technology and systems are what make the difference between a good business and an exceptional one. Fortunately, there are many low cost technologies, such as Basecamp, Repree and Bomb-bomb, that allow Realtors to invest in turnkey solutions without losing the personal touch that is so important in our business
EMERGE showcases several such technologies, and provides a healthy discussion from the Realtor’s point of view. I really liked the opportunity to interact with other e-signature vendors about current issues in the marketplace, and learn how Andrew Fogliato and Jeff O’Leary are killing it with online advertising and niche marketing.
I’d highly recommend that if you haven’t been to EMERGE yet you check it out. The EMERGE speakers know their stuff, and are there for one simple reason – to make the real estate industry better for everyone. This is a great venue for REALTORS® who want to stay on top of their game and walk away with information they can use right away to drive business results.
