This week is National Customer Service Week and OREA is participating by recognizing and celebrating customer service.
Each year, OREA joins in with thousands of companies from around the world who, like us, believe in putting customers first. Organizations that celebrate Customer Service Week represent leading financial, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, retailing, hospitality, communications, not-for-profit, and educational organizations, as well as government agencies, and others.
This year, the theme is “Think Service” so during the week-long international event, we are tailoring our efforts to reflect our ongoing commitment to service excellence.
This week, we are challenging ourselves to “Think Service” by raising awareness of the importance of customer service; showing appreciation to our students, members and customers for their business; and reaffirming OREA’s dedication to customer service.
For members, we are committed to enhancing essential products and services; including, promoting the value and importance of using a REALTOR® to buy or sell a home, providing a strong voice at Queen’s Park, delivering relevant industry information, and offering practical tools like the OREA app and standard forms.
For students, we want to help kick-start your career in real estate by providing the resources, flexibility, feedback and access to serve your education needs and help you realize your real estate career goals.
