After two outstanding years sitting on the OREA YPN committee I now have the honour of becoming the Chair and watching this awesome committee, and growing real estate movement, grow and flourish in the upcoming year. We have started the proverbial ball rolling within our committee by watching each member email the group a video of themselves explaining a little about what they would like to see in the upcoming year and something about themselves. Let me be the first to say that we have a crazy strong group of Realtors ® that are ready to rock your socks off with new ideas and concepts for our members.

Things you should know about this year’s Chair:
- Proud Mama of Grace (3 years old) and Amelia (4 Months) and her fur babies Charlie (fat cat) and Guinness (the best flat coated retriever around)
- Wife to her banker / volunteer firefighter / fellow Laurier Alum / TV addict / Beer lover Hubby- Nick
- Insanely proud to live and work in Smiths Falls (Yes, where Hershey’s used to be but now we’re super proud to have Tweed… yup that Tweed)
- Is a Director on the Rideau St. Lawrence Real Estate Board
- Is a second generation Realtor ® to CREA’s President-Elect
- Guilty pleasures include anything chocolate, a great glass of red wine, being on stage in a musical, play or just singing karaoke and Disney (but I really don’t feel guilty about any of those)
- Doesn’t have a green thumb… I killed a cactus
- Could be allergic to cooking….. jury is still out.
- Is allergic to most fruits and vegetables (true story)
- Loves anything to do with organizing…. And even reads blogs about it
