Why should I have a Facebook page?

Facebook – Either you love it or you hate it!  Whichever category you fall into, there is no denying that a Facebook page can be a great tool for your real estate business.  Let me give you the top 10 reasons, David Letterman style…

Number 101 Billion Users. That’s a big audience, why not take advantage of it?

Number 9 –  Timeline.  Use timeline as a resume. You can back date posts to highlight your real estate activity, milestones and accomplishments.

Number 8Quick & Easy.  If you think you don’t have time to “update” a website, you can create 7 posts in 15 minutes and schedule them to appear at a later time…perhaps while you’re in a course, or at an appointment.
